Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account through our designated support channels.
Users are prohibited from using the lune24 platform for any of the following purposes:
- Any illegal activity or activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian law
- Money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party under any circumstances
- Disrupting or interfering with the performance of the platform or the experience of other users
Payments, Transactions and Funds Policy
All financial transactions on the lune24 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported online banking methods and e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.
Lune24 is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties, including banking institutions or payment service providers. Any transaction-related enquiries must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to compliance with the applicable wagering requirements, successful identity verification, and the absence of any suspicious activity on the account. lune24 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all conditions have been fully met.
Funds held in a user's account belong solely to the user and will not be used by lune24 for operational purposes. However, any funds associated with fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms may be frozen and forfeited without compensation.

Decisions on account suspension or closure are final, subject to our internal review process.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to any compensation, and lune24 reserves the right to retain any funds associated with activity that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the lune24 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and interface layouts — is the exclusive property of lune24 or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
